This Public Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the terms of use of the website fjallraven.arnica.com.ua (hereinafter referred to as the Site) and the information published on the Site; determines the procedure for the purchase and return of goods published on the Site. Fulfillment of the terms of the Agreement is mandatory for all parties, therefore, in case of disagreement with the terms of the Agreement, we urge you to refrain from using the Site.

General provisions

This Agreement is binding on all Parties. By using the Site, registering and ordering on the Site, the Buyer automatically agrees to the terms of the Agreement;
The terms of the Agreement are drawn up in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and in no way violate its provisions;
The Website Administration reserves the right to change the terms of the Agreement without prior notice. The conditions that will apply to the order of goods are the conditions published on the Website at the time of ordering. 

Terminology

• Website - a website registered at fjallraven.arnica.com.ua.
  Website Administration - the administration of the website fjallraven.arnica.com.ua. 
  Buyer - a legally capable person who has reached the age of majority and performs any actions on the Site, including placing an order.
  Seller - an individual entrepreneur who sells the Goods through the Website.
  Product - an object or objects (clothing, equipment and accessories), information about which is posted on the Website and which can be purchased through the Website. 
  Order - an application for the purchase of the Goods or Goods duly executed on the Website.

Information published on the Site and its use 

3.1 The information published on the Website may be changed and supplemented by the Website Administration at any time without prior notice;
3.2 The Website Administration shall not be liable for any inaccuracies in the information provided on the Website;
3.3 The materials published on the Website may be used for personal non-commercial purposes;
3.4 Materials published on the Website may be used only with reference to the source - the website https://fjallraven.arnica.com.ua/.
Registration on the Website
4.1 By registering on the Site, the Buyer guarantees that he/she has reached the age of 18 and is legally capable or that he/she uses the Site with the permission of his/her parents or guardian;
4.2 By registering on the Site, the Buyer agrees to provide true information about himself and his contact details;
4.3 By registering on the Site, the Buyer gives the voluntary consent of the Site Administration to the collection and processing of the provided data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection";
4.4 The login and password created during registration on the site are confidential information, the responsibility for the safety and non-distribution of which lies with the Buyer. Also, the Buyer is responsible for all actions performed on the Site under his login and password.
Ordering the product

5.1 By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer guarantees that he has reached the age of 18 and is legally capable or that he uses the Site with the permission of his parents or guardian;
5.2 By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer undertakes to provide true information about himself and his contact details. In case the contact information provided falsely or incorrectly during the order leads to additional costs of the Seller related to incorrect delivery, the Buyer shall be responsible for these costs.
5.3 By placing an order on the Site, the Buyer voluntarily agrees to transfer contact information to third parties, namely the transport service, if any, that will deliver the Goods.
Price and payment methods
6.1 The price of the Goods is set by the Seller and is indicated on the corresponding page of the Site. The price information may be changed by the Website Administration at any time without prior notice;
6.2 Payment for the Goods by the Buyer can be made in the following ways:
 - Cash when purchasing the Goods in our showroom or upon delivery by courier in Kyiv; 
 - Cash on delivery - payment at a Nova Poshta branch upon receipt of the Goods. In this case, the return shipping service is additionally paid according to the tariffs of "Nova Poshta";
 - Payment by Visa or Mastercard through the WayForPay service directly on the Site when placing an Order;
Delivery
·       7.1 Delivery of the Goods purchased for more than UAH 5000 is carried out at the expense of the Seller;
7.2 Receipt and delivery of the Goods can be carried out in the following ways: 
 - The goods can be received directly in the showroom (Kyiv, 9 Beresteysky Ave., Kyiv);
 - Delivery in Ukraine to the branch or targeted delivery by courier of the "Nova Poshta" service;
      7.3 If the delivery of the Goods is carried out by means of a transport service, the Buyer automatically agrees to the rules of transportation of this service;
7.4 If the Buyer for unreasonable reasons refuses to receive the Goods of proper quality during delivery by the transport service, the costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
Warranty and returns
8.1 The Seller shall resolve warranty and return issues only with respect to the Goods purchased through the Website. For warranty issues related to Fjallraven products purchased from other stores/retailers, please contact the seller indicated on the sales receipt;
8.2 Clothing purchased through the Website is warranted for 3 months, backpacks, bags and accessories - 12 months. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt;
8.3 Warranty service is provided only if a sales receipt is available;
8.4 Return of Goods of good quality The Buyer may exchange or return the Goods within 14 days from the date of purchase indicated on the receipt, excluding the day of purchase;
8.5 The return of the Goods of good quality is carried out under the conditions provided for by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights":
 - The Goods have not been used and are preserved in the form in which they were purchased;
 - The complete set of the Goods, including labels and tags, is preserved;
 - A sales receipt is available;
 - The goods are not included in the list of goods that are not subject to exchange and return.
